On May 6, the first meeting of the board of supervisors of Caofeidian Holding Co., Ltd. was held in the Conference Room of Tangshan Jinjiang International Hotel. The meeting was hosted by Cui Xiuhua, the chairman of board of supervisors of Tangshan Municipal Government-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and attended by Zhang Zhong, the financial director of Tangshan Jiayuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and the financial director of Tangshan Rongmao Industrial Group Co., Ltd. Cui Xiuhua was elected to be the chairman of board of supervisors of Caofeidian Holding Co., Ltd. and Zheng Qing, vice chairman of the board of supervisors. Working plans was formulated and further work discussed.
